Great place to rent! Called for additional units on a Saturday "closed and after hours" and they set me up while they were hosting a family reunion. Saved my Move! Great Service, Responsive and No BS!
Not very well maintained. The security gate malfunctions frequently. Doors can't close down far enough to keep chipmunks & other critters out. The floors are damp to puddled after a heavy rain. Owner is unwilling to work with customers to resolve these issues
Supposedly this place has "every inch covered" with security cameras. Had our boat broken into and supposedly a camera was watching right over it. The owner was supposed to look over footage and after 3 weeks, w had to contact him and he gave one word answers. Was not very helpful in this situation and when we probed further he told us to have our lawyer contact him. Very poor service and with this storage unit having 24 hour monitoring and secure access, you would think this wouldn't happen and he would be a little more concerned. Very rude. Save your money and go elsewhere.
Great service, responsive and no BS when you signup. After that, you're on your own. Witnessed people walking in and out of that "secure" place with the owner right there not saying anything.
This place is all BS. His camera system is highly ineffective and it is not secure at all as there are people that enter through the front gate without even using the code. The owner witnesses this and doesn't do anything about it. It's obvious that the thieves have figured this out as there is now thefts occurring within the storage facility. The owner tries to blame the victims of the theft rather than fixing his own security flaws. Waiting 3 weeks to respond to a police report of a theft with his video coverage and then telling everyone he did not have coverage only means that he knew all along that the cameras were ineffective but didn't want to tell anyone. Know that there is a theft problem in this place and the owner is doing nothing to fix it save your money and go elsewhere.
