Now I am at home sick from food poisoning that I believe I got from a&w because after eating my food I had already started to feel sick .. manager was very helping but I will NOT being going back. Hire some employees that know customer service.
So when I showed them I got the nastiest stares and I could hear them talking about me!
We ordered a root beer freeze and got a large root beer. We kindly corrected them. No big deal. As we waited for that, we noticed we were missing an item. Again, we kindly addressed it. This time the employee slammed the window shut in an irritated manner. Sorry, not sorry-i want the item we already paid for.
Went yesterday for my very first time ever... order a bacon burger with no tomato.... they fought with me about how my burger doesn’t have tomato on it but it was pictured in the picture above.... and then when I got my burger there was no bacon on it.
I would have given this place a higher rating, because it's understandable when a business first opens up-its going to be busy. The wait was extremely long.
Not everyone is going to be nice but at least keep your comments to yourself until I walk away!
I also got the same burger back they just slapped some bacon on it after they both touched it with their hands. (No gloves)
Not to mention the food was cold. For as long as we waited we expected it to be fresh at least. So overall, horrible experience. Slow service. Rude employee. Extremely long wait time.
Very very slow customer service! People had to wait over an hour for their food and I waited for 35 minutes and the food wasn't even that hot. I would rather go to McDonald's for far better service and food that is hot. This place needs better qualified employees. And just for a thought, I would think a restaurant would want to impress the customers in the first week or 2 of being open not making the customers mad and upset! Won't eat here again. And another thing is that they didn't have any rootbeer!
Great food but don’t expect your food anytime soon. New opening couldn’t handle the overflow of customers. I won’t be coming back until it dies down a bit. Absolute insanity on the restaurant floor. Half hour wait times minimum.
Excellent food! Order has always been correct. Very friendly staff. Somewhat slow service as the place just opened and most employee's look like maybe first job they've had. Overall it was enjoyable food/experience. If you aren't an arrogant/impatient person you should also enjoy it!
