We couldn't be more impressed with the people at Ryan Auto Mall. Doug did a great job answering our questions and getting us into a vehicle we love. He is personable and was quite patient with us. Josh and Lisa were pleasant and knowledgeable. The car buying process at Ryan was simple and pressure free. The vehicle we purchased is exactly what we wanted.
This is the third vehicle we've bought from Todd at Ryan Auto Mall. He listens to what we want and what we're comfortable with and helps us find the right car. The service folks are helpful and knowledgeable as well and take the time to explain what's going on. Even the finance piece was low-stress (thanks Shaun!). I imagine it will be a while but this is where we'll be buying our next car.

Had a great experience at Ryan Auto Mall yesterday - bought a beautiful, low mileage Buick Enclave! I spoke to Doug Rambow in the morning, told him everything I wanted in my next vehicle and that I would be out in the afternoon to check them out. He had exactly what I was looking for ready to go on a test drive when we arrived! Doug is very down-to-earth and genuine, so easy to work with. When my 20 year old daughter and I came back from the test drive he asked if we loved it and if we didn't we shouldn't get it. We LOVED it and I bought it! Spoke to Lisa briefly in accessories on what could be added to protect this beautiful vehicle - it all made sense and seemed reasonable priced. Then off to Josh in finance to sign all the papers - everyone we interacted with was so knowledgeable, professional and nice - great teamwork!
Great & pleasant experience. Jeff Nelson was a straight up salesman, not pushy and knew a lot about the Enclave he sold me. He was very informative and took the time to show me a lot of the features the vehicle had and how to operate them. Not only did Jeff talk business with me but we also talked to each other on a personal level. Lisa was friendly and Josh in finance was great too! All in all it’s a welcoming place with friendly staff!! I will definitely recommend you to all my family & friends and I already put it out there on my facebook page so hopefully you’ll get some business from that!
