Amber was very helpful and fair. We were one of two parties interested in the same used vehicle and she made sure we were kept apprised of the situation. It ended up working out for us to purchase the vehicle. Once the sale was established, Amber and the rest of the team were quick to help us complete the paperwork, she took care to make sure the gas tank was full, ran it through the wash and even left a note in the car.
