Tech refused to do the install on the Friday before Christmas. he showed up 30 minutes late tracked mud through the house and refused to do the install. Customer service provided no resolution, what makes it even worse is they are the only provider in town.
I was paying for 100 mbs and was when i did a speed test it only when up to1- 5 mbs ,its the worst speed ive ever had in minnesota,
No answer on customer service line. Third time in two weeks no TV. Hands down the worst provider we have ever experienced. We will be looking into new service come Monday. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. You will get ripped off.
