There is no way this place only gots 3 stars . There food is allways amazing fresh. Amazing servis an friendly people. Iv never had a mistake made going threw them.

Buffalo Jimmy Johns is really great. Seriously, they are stupid fast. I've seen JJ's employees sprinting all over . I used to order subs for delivery from pizza places and I'd happily wait 30 min. I did not realize how awesome it is to get your food so soon after placing the order.
They don't even deliver to one half of Buffalo it's a big bummer cause I was craving a sandwich, but I can't drive.
one of my employees and i ordered two sandwiches with extra mayo and a two drinks. when the food arrived no extra mayo and no straws plus a long hair in the sandwich. so we called them again and let them know. they sent someone to bring mayo packets and two straws for us.. they bring us 16 mayo packets and 12 straws.. so because we corrected them on doing their job wrong instead of just making it right correcting the problem they decide to be complete smart ass' no one at my store will be returning. you have lost my business. i don't even think i could ask for worse service. so aggravated right now
I went last night stood inside for about 10 minutes .. the guy looked at us and did not help at ALL. Then we decided to go through the driveway and the kid wanted to be a smart ass. I want to call the manager. The kid was literally so rude and when we went in there there was one person then when we went though the drive through there was THREE!! Oh and they also put so much mayo and onions on my sandwich when I asked for none at all. Stupid people learn how to do your damn job!!
Also, the bread is excellent, and sandwiches are all about the bread.
