Friendly staff. The young man that helped me in the lighting dept. was awesome! Helped me locate my order, and took down a display for me. (Didn't catch his name though)

I can always find somebody in Menards that knows what they are talking about. Not sure how they do it but they retain good employees. Plumbing, lighting, and lumber desk seem to always be staffed with knowledge and solid advice.
