Incompetence on every level at the auto care center at this Walmart. People don’t know how to use the registers, on top of that they were not enough people working. All I needed was to have some keys made. Twice I attempted this on the same visit. Both times we waited 15 minutes or better. It’s a joke.
I am a mom of 5 children and was asked to show receipts at the door because I purchased 5 gallons of milk. Seriously?!?! If someone was going to shoplift, I highly doubt it would be for a $2 gallon of milk. Totally not worth losing a customer by essentially accusing me of theft just because you are too cheap to invest in the tape that Cub, etc. puts on their milk gallons to show they have been paid for. I will also mention that a month or so ago my mom's purse was almost lifted out of her cart when she was there. Where was loss prevention then when there was a real criminal? Nowhere to be found. Oh, wait. They were probably accosting an innocent mom at the door that had just purchased some milk! Will not be back, I'll take my business to Target and Cub where they actually appreciate customers that drop hundreds of dollars a week on food and essentials.
the self check out gives the real employees a glimpse of a person who really want to get out of there and impress them with the skills of Trying. The manager should be fired .. and the place is filthy the shopping carts are trash like your staff!!! Seen 3 dorky guys trying to get the cart returns in also? Training and pride people?
I have changed this review from five stars to one because every time I go to this Walmart now they ask to see my receipt at the door. I'm not a shoplifter and I don't appreciate being treated like a criminal. They're just ridiculously rude. So now I recommend going to Target, Menards, or if I really need something that only Walmart has I will go to the Monticello Walmart where they are friendly and do not treat me like a criminal.
