They were able to get me in right away and when I had to go back they apologized for the inconvenience. Ricky is a nice guy and the shop has a very clean bathroom. the shop has potential and they have helped me in the past.. I hope they continue down this road.
What a bunch of flunky's. Don't go here if you need collision repair. A body shop that has to do oil changes and brakes is not a legitimate body shop. They do not give loaner cars. They give you the phone number for Enterprise rental car in Monticello. They are in bed with Junction Towing. Stay away from both of them. They take women as suckers.
Terrible experience. Poor service, bad work, beat up “loaner” cars. I could write pages about my multi visit experience (for one job), but the long story short is you are better off going elsewhere! I got a front end replaced and ended up back at the shop 4 different times due to missing, broken & not installed right parts. Got to the point where I won’t let them work on it any further as they can’t seem to do the job. I found out the hard way why this shop isn’t a preferred repair shop for insurance companies. You have been warned!
