I have been to this location 2 times to open a bank account for my son. Both times we were told they have no bankers available to help us I need to schedule an appointment. Which is hard to do with my sons work schedule. Its says they are open from 9-6 and at 4:30 we can not get someone to help us. Hard to believe that a customer can not walk in to your bank to open an account unless an appointment is made. What kind of customer service is this. Needless to say we won't be going back there. We will find a bank that wants to help customers open a new account.

The people are great. It's what's to be expected of a bank. Yes, Wells Fargo is too big of a company, but it's not the employee's fault
Fairly quick tellers but only 2 windows open creating a short line.
